We are using a mini fake tree this year. Last year we had a real 8 ft tall blue spruce that was soo pretty, but after a week of having it we discovered that it was infested with hundreds of black beetle-like bugs!! EEEK!!

Your apartment is so cute. And your tree is so classy. Pretty sure ours is filled with cheesy ornaments from our childhood. Like the ones we made in elementary school of a cardboard cutout with a third grade picture glued on. Gotta love those.
